Fansipan climbing is for some one who don't mind taking adventures
and fit to climb 9 hours a day, copping with some steep slops and
cliffs, snakes and wild insects, overnight in camp for several days.
Day 1: From Hanoi boarding a night train at 9:30pm
(soft sleeper) and arrive Lao Cai at 4:30 am in the morning, and transfer
to Sapa town, check in hotel, stay at leisure and seeing Sapa town
(1,500,000m above sea level, weather is always very comfortable in
summer and down to average of 7degree in winter), chatting with minority
groups is a fun..
Day 2:
AM: leaving Sapa early in the morning, passing some villages of some
minority groups, climbing upward until you reached to the rainforest.
Overnight at the elevation of 2000metres. (there are some porters
to help you carrying your stuff), the view is so great but also dangerous
from cliffs!
Day 3:
The next day, after breakfast, you will continue climbing to reach
to the roof of Vietnam at the height of 3143metres- viewing Sapa town-and
all areas around. You will have a feeling of being hero and brave
yourself (today is harder than the first day, more steep, at the last
part of climbing you will have to hold up to a rope to get to the
top). A picnic lunch on the top then get back to the camp at the altitude
of 2100metres, sleep and have your dinner in the camp
Day 4:
After the morning coffee you will start going down. You are to Sapa
town in the afternoon. Well done, congratulation!
Day 5:
Morning our guide will bring you to HamRong mount (soft trek-easy
and comfortable one) seeing cultural show and flower park, stay at
leisure at you hotel, afternoon transfer to Lao Cai train station
for Hanoi, arrive Hanoi at 5:00 am in the morning.
Warning! climbing to Fansipan is a difficult adventure: cliffs of
rock mountains, wet, and slippy, and is very cold in winter time.
Many people have reached to the top of Fansipan and felt great them
self and admired the beauty, but quite a few people had to surrender
the Fansipan when they were in the middle of the trip
