This tour is designed for those who want to see Vietnam' major places of interest but have only limited time. The 10-day journey features the green and watery world of the Mekong Delta, the hustle and bustle the most busy city of Sai Gon, in contrast to the romance and peacefulness the old citadel of Hue, the occult Cham holy land of My Son, the acient town of Hoi An, the mystical and imaginary world of Halong Bay and finally the image of both the new and the old capital city of Hanoi.

Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport. pick-up and transfer to hotel. City tour: War Remnants Museum, Binh Tay Market in Chinatown, Thien Hau Temple and lacquer workshop.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City-Tay Ninh-Cu Chi-Ho Chi Minh City
Full day excursion to Tay Ninh, visit to Cao Dai Holy See, then visit to Cu Chi Tunnels, cultural show and dinner on Saigon Boat. [B]

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City-My Tho-Ho Chi Minh City
Full day excursion to My Tho: cruise on Mekong River, visit to local homes and orchards,sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, taste of seasonal fruit. Lunch of Mekong Speciality . [B]

Day 4: HCMC-Hue
Transfer to airport. Flight to Hue. Pick-up and transfer to hotel. Overland to Khai Dinh Tomb. Boat ride on Perfume River to Minh Mang Tomb and Thien Mu Pagoda, surveying rural landscape at sunset. Evening: traditional show and royal dinner. [B]

Day 5: Hue-Danang
Morning: Visit to Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba Market.
Afternoon: Transfer to Danang, stop-over on Hai Van Pass overlooking Lang Co lagoon. Visit to Cham Sculpture Museum. [B]

Day 6: Danang - My Son - Hoi An - Danang
Morning: Transfer to My Son, visit to Cham Holy See.
Afternoon: Visit to Hoi An Ancient Town: temple, workshops and old houses. Stop-over at Non Nuoc stone-carving village. Come back hotel in Da Nang. [B]

Day 7: Danang-Hanoi
Morning: Flight to Hanoi. Airport pick-up and transfer to hotel. Afternoon Visit to Temple of Literature, old quarters and down town Xichlo ride (pedaling tricycle ). Evening: water puppet show. [B]

Day 8: Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi
Morning:. leaving for Halong bay, 3.5 hours road trip seeing the real life of red river delta people, lunch on board, cruise in Halong Bay (5 hours), visit to limestone cave, off-shore islets and seabathing. Return to Hanoi. [B]

Day 9: Hanoi-Ninh Binh-Hanoi
Morning: Transfer to Ninh Binh, visit to Dinh & Le dynasty temples. Afternoon: sampan ride to Tam Coc . Transfer to Ha Noi. [B]

Day 10: Departure from Hanoi
Downtown shopping (ceramics, silver-carving, silk..) or at leisure before check-out. Transfer to airport for departure
